Garden room design and build in Exmoor
One team from first sketch to the last coat of paint. We adapt a base design to your plot, dig the footings, build it, finish it and tidy up behind us.

The design
Our base designs give you a proven structure and a fixed price; the plot decides the rest.

Questions we get asked a lot
Will I need planning permission for a garden room?
Often not: many garden rooms sit within permitted development. The plot decides it though, including height, how close you build to a boundary, and whether you are inside Exmoor National Park or a conservation area. We check where you stand at the survey stage and tell you straight.
What does the fixed price actually cover?
One figure for the whole job: footings, drainage, the building, interior fit-out, flooring, decorating, and the landscaping that settles the room into the garden. We price per job once we have seen the ground and the access, and that price is agreed in writing before anyone starts digging.
How soon can you start, and what happens once I accept the quote?
Planned work only, run in sequence rather than three sites at once, so the dates we give you when quoting are dates we can hold. Accept, and you get a start date, a text before every visit, and a twelve-month workmanship guarantee from handover with aftercare behind it.
